Shipping Policy

Listen, we know waiting for packages is about as fun as waiting in line at the DMV. But here at Shittay Day Designs, we promise to get your goodies to you faster than you can say "where's my order?" (Well, almost.)

Processing Time

We process orders within 1-4 business days. That means Monday through Friday, because even Mrs. Shittay Day needs her weekends to recharge (and by recharge, we mean binge-watch reality TV and eat snacks).

Please note: During holidays and sale events, we might need an extra day or two. We're popular, what can we say?

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options because we're not monsters:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - The economical choice for the patient souls among us
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - For when you need it soon-ish
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days) - For the "I needed this yesterday" crowd

Shipping costs are auto calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We promise we're not making money on shipping—we're just trying to cover our costs and keep the lights on. We monitor the quotes, so if per chance miscalculated by a significant margin, we will quickly drop a shipping credit/refund your way. If your shipping is more than quoted, we will take care of the balance.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii (yes, even you folks living the island dream). Delivery times start counting from the day we ship, not the day you order—because we're not wizards, just really efficient humans.

International Shipping

Currently, we're focusing on domestic orders, but we're working on world domination—er, international shipping. Stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can obsessively refresh the tracking page like the rest of us—we won't judge. That little package icon moving across the map is oddly satisfying, isn't it?

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package goes on an unplanned vacation or arrives looking like it went through a demolition derby, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages). We'll make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or strongly worded letter to the shipping carrier.

We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but that mysteriously vanished (looking at you, porch pirates). However, we'll do our best to help you file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please, for the love of all that is holy, double-check your shipping address. We can't be held responsible if you accidentally ship to your ex's house or that apartment you moved out of three years ago. Once it's shipped, changing the address is harder than getting a cat into a carrier.
